Shipping policy
We try to absorb the cost of shipping where we can. For larger or heavier items, shipping cost is added to the price of the item. This policy essentially translates thus:

Free shipping: The Small, Medium and Large spun copper dish delivered to NSW, VIC, QLD, SA, ACT.
- Charged shipping: Our steel stands, sandstone plinth and XL dishes will add a shipping cost because of their size/weight. And any items delivered to WA, NT and TAS will also include shipping cost.
We use TeamGlobalExpress for most shipping. They are cheaper and faster than Australia Post. We Australia Post to ship to PO boxes. If you would prefer to use Australia Post please reply to your order confirmation email and let us know.
Shing to Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane and Canberra typically takes 5-7 days. This delay does not include our 'lead time' (time to produce the product) which is displayed on the product page. If materials are in stock, a typical delay from ordering to delivery is 2-3 weeks. Larger items (sandstone plinths etc.) can add a couple of weeks.
If there is a safe place to leave a package, please let us know by replying to the order confirmation email.
International shipping is usually done via DHL, and this incurs extra cost calculated at the checkout. Any taxes and duties are not covered by us.
