Shipping policy

Unless marked otherwise our online prices include shipping around Australia. The exception is for heavier items (XL dish, sandstone plinth etc.) where shipping cost is calculated based on delivery post code.

Shipping to Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane and Canberra typically takes 5-7 days. This delay does not include our 'lead time' (time to produce the product) which is displayed on the product page. If materials are in stock, a typical delay from ordering to delivery is 2-3 weeks. Larger items (sandstone plinths etc.) can add a couple of weeks.

Shipping is done by a range of couriers depending on the delivery location. TeamGlobalExpress (which used to be TOLL) is mostly used and works well for residential and business addresses. Metropolitan residential addresses can be served by most couriers. We find that rural or semi-rural properties are best served by Australia Post (which is significantly slower than the commercial couriers). Please note that Australia Post has limits for voluminous packages and not all products can be shipped by them.

If you have a courier preference, please let us know by replying to the order confirmation email. 

If there is a safe place to leave a package, please let us know by replying to the order confirmation email. 

If the postal address is a PO Box then Australia Post is used (private operators will not deliver to a PO Box).

International shipping is usually done via DHL, and this incurs extra cost calculated at the checkout. Any taxes and duties are not covered by us.
